I can't purchase anything as my account is locked, and tech support doesn't help at all!

I am a new user here and wanted to purchase an html template.

After signing up I chose the payment method (visa card) and input all necessary data. After that, my account was locked.

I contacted with your tech support as it was advised on this forum.

However, I received the answer, quote:
Regrettably, after further investigation, we’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account.

And that’s it. No other explanations what to do, how to purchase. It looks like evanto doesn’t want me to be their customer at all.
