Hi @hamadashaapan

Your purchased materialize admin template will not work in wordpress as it is not made for wordpress admin. I believe in wp already have a nice admin/dashboard.

Thanks for posting your question in here.

That you mention ( theme name is themeforest-11446068-materialize-material-design-admin-template ) that are not WordPress Theme so, it will not installed like a WordPress Theme in your server.
This is your mistake.

You can use that template on your server directly.
If you have any other question you can ask no problem.

Go to your cPanel > file manager > public_html
Upload your file and use that.

If you mean dynamically connect the admin panel to the WordPress theme and actually use it to control website output then that is going to require some considerbaly complicated coidng if it is even entirely possible.
