I follow the instructions to get my Purchase Code for Superfly, which I purchased using PayPal and I get a caustic message “You haven’t bought anything yet.” You are trying hard to sell, but not trying hard enough to serve. Do you know how very frustrating this is for a single person trying to get a site up and running on a tight time frame??
Your account does not seem to have the buyer badge on it - are you sure you bought the item and did not just deposit credits?
If so then you need to contact support who will be best to help
I think, you couldn’t pay via PayPal for a reason. So, you’ve no deposit to buy the item.
You need to look at your PayPal account for it.
