i cant login in to my account, i can login to themeforest but i cant do any thing on envato elements so i can not use the support for my bought theme

Envato elements items do not come with support.

If you bought the theme on themeforest and can access there then you can get your purchase info and check the support ten in the item page to see how to contact the author.
