I cant center the blog posts body on any of my blog posts - Rosemary Theme

I have the Rosemary theme and need help with how to centre the blog posts possibly using css - see an example here https://www.lushhair.co.nz/easy-hairstyles-for-medium-hair/

Not sure if its somehow set in the stylesheet but i would like all blog post page content centred if possible.
