I bought the flatsome plugin for my website, now that I change the server I need to apply it, but I cannot access the files that should be in my account.

I think you mean flatsome theme not plugin. If you mean flatsome theme bundle plugins then please check theme documentation to get guideline.

I would like to recommend please contact the author of your purchased Item to get item support How to Contact your purchased Item Author and let them know. The item author will be happy to assist you.
