I cannot get the prebuilt websites on Envato Avada to load. I keep trying and I only get partial for any of the prebuilt web site I am loading. Got tech support to look and they said I need the way to load the files one by one to WordPress. There is nothing in the videos and I looked at the help documentation.

This is the second time I purchased a theme and I couldn’t get it to work. The support is horrible. Anyone with any hints? I would rather try to get help from google than themepress.

I cannot even get into themepress with my logon to open a ticket. Keep resetting the password and nothing happens. It is an endless loop of frustration just to change my password!!!
