I cannot find my Licence Certificate & Purchase Code

I have bought BE THEME and cannot find my purchase code although i tried.
The menu “DOWNLOAD” has changed and i cannot find it.

I was supposed to have found this menu:

but i found this new menu with no “Licence Certificate & Purchase Code” area:

What happens when you click on the green Download button?

The menu should open and give you the option to download your purchase code.
