I cannot find my account that I purchased my pencil/soledad theme

I need help! How do I find out what Email I used to purchase my soledad theme? I have my theme on my website, I have my download and the date which it was purchased/downloaded, yet my sign in account does not exsist… is it possible to buy a theme without an account? Why can I not find this account information? Also, I simply want to download the WPBakery Page Builder & Slider Revolution. So I created a new account to ask my questions. Please Help!
