The Support for Traveler Travel Booking WordPress Theme seems to be in need of improvement. I have just extended by 6 months my Support, received email of confirmation of purchase with invoice, and still can’t submit a ticket or post an answer to an open ticket because it says that my Support is expired.
I’ve even tried Incognito in case of cache problems, but the result is the same.
What’s going on and what can I do?
