I cannot customise the text on the portfolio page of theme "Sepia" using WordPress

Can anybody help? I bought the “Sepia” theme to use with WordPress. I used one of the Portfolio pages to build my portfolio page but I cannot get rid of the author’s own text just below Portfolios. Firstly it is not in English and secondly I would like to replace it with my own text…
