I can’t see my subscription even tho they have taken the money

Hey I just bought the monthly subscription to try this out, but I can’t see my subscription under my account, and I can’t access any products, but they have taken the money from by credit card, so what do I do? If I can’t see my subscription then how do I unsubscribe again? (If I decided to do that in the future ofc)
