Hi! Ive updated some plugins and now i cant update the theme the7 . I´ve used the purchase code but i got this message " This purchase code is already in use on another website. Please de-register it on the original site or follow this link. But that link dosn´t work.

Could you help me please?

please go to that link: https://repo.the7.io/manage/
there you have to click ‘Authenticate with envato’, it will take you envato market and you have to login there and follow the steps.

Otherwise contact your purchase theme author @Dream-Theme right here as a comments
