I can not update my theme 456-sailing, i have de version 1.3.3 and the new version is 1.3.5 but in my admin panel do not tell me to update. What i do?

Download the latest version from your downloads page. Www.themeforest.net/downloads and do it manually

Yes, charlie is correct you can use latest version of theme and can use it but please make sure. If you have done any customization in the theme. You are having Child theme or not otherwise all your customization will be removed automatically.
