Hi @luisfduarte,

Please make sure there was no empty space at the start or end of the purchase code. Copy the purchase code carefully and paste it hope it will work fine.

Otherwise you have to contact the plugin author (with the license file/purchase code) and let them know. the plugin author will assist you.
