Sorry for the stupid questions, but i have to change the name of above in the top menu. is it possible to change this or am i not allowed to do this for copyright ? or can i take every name away from it.
if so could anyone tell me how to change this name

You can change/customize the template according to your need for using it in your website.
you can check documentation to get help guide. I think the top left name coming from your website logo settings. set your own logo and site title it will change the name.
Otherwise the best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Item Author. How to Contact Author and let them know. Item Author will be very happy to assist you.
