I bought revalution slider cant get support

This morning around 7 o’clock in the morning I bought revolution slider it came with my x theme when I bought it a few years ago however I decided to buy the full version now whenever I go to the support option it says that it doesn’t recognize a premium license. The reason I need support is because every time I tried to add the slider that I created to my website with the short code it does not show up can anyone help me with this
