It is very misleading because when I clicked on the link for the template I wanted, it showed an offer to subscribe for a year at the top of the screen making me think that that template was going to be part of the subscription. I tried to contact Envato before to make sure it was included before buying it and surprise, there is no customer service available. No phone, no chat, no nothing. I created a case that may take a week or longer and my deadline is this Friday. Thank you so much for clarifying this for me.
