I bought 2 items, one is missing

I bought 2 items (one from CodeHive, one from CodeCanyon)
I put both in cart and made one payment for the 2

In download page I only have one item , the one from CodeCanyon is missing …

What to do ??? !?

please go to your Dashboard then statement Tab. you will find invoice(s) there. can you see invoices for your purchased 2 items there! not sure but I think you have checked out only 1 item.

But as you can see from Paypal report : the payment is made for 2 items 88$ and not the $56 of the received item
