Hello Envato/Theme Forest

I have applied for my 6 months support extension refund but by mistake or something envato cancel my theme subscription and refund me theme payment which I didn’t applied it. could you please tell me how to sort this out as I already customise theme with paying extra money to developers. as i was not getting good customer support service from theme owner that’s why I just wanted to refund for my 6 months support extension which bought it for last month.

please help me out as envato cancel my license for my theme which I didn’t asked it.
