Hello,
Currently, I am using a simple IP to create a website, however got a problem with the previous license for betheme.
I was using my license for the previous website, however it is broken with unknown issues and I cannot deal with it at the moment. Today when I reusing my license in the simple IP test website to rebuild my website, I found out that one license can only be used for one website. I cannot switch off the theme in the previous website because it is totally broken and cannot be accessed
What should I do to this condition?
