I am student with Student ID but no Email ID

I am a student and I have my ID card but they’ve not provided me with an email ID. I want to avail the student discount.

There are restrictions on who can get the discount and this is one of the requirements

Any chance you can do it manually if I send you my student ID card photo attached?

You would need to ask Envato support, but 99% sure they will not be able to do it if official emails are an eligibility criteria.
