I don’t think contacting the support would help anything, as they will point out “Clause 55” and there’d be no further details -according to what I read from the forum posts but some of the users may be lucky enough @responsive88 could give a try.

Well, but in forum we are all just a community member and any decision about account always come from Envato stuff. So, we shouldn’t say like that. We need to send them to the right team.

I bought the template and then I couldn’t access my account.

Yup, I do agree with you. I did contacting the support and they said we cannot help you to unlock your account. If I want to buy a template, I should create new email. After that I be able to buy the template, and then they suspended my account.
