Hi. I am not able to login to my account. I used to use social login via google, but I changed that. All I keep getting is a message that says “We could not log you in. Please try again.”.
Perhaps it didn’t completely remove Envato from your Google account. Try going to your Google account, click Security on the left side and then check “Your connections to third party services and apps”. If you see Envato listed there, remove it. Then try to login again. If that doesn’t help, reach out to Envato support team here and they will help.

Try it with in a new browser but most likely there’s an issue with the account, you may need to contact Envato support to solve the problem.

Thank you. I have tried it with a different browser and have also tried clearing out the cookies. It didnt work. Based on what you guys said, I have sent an email to them.
