I need a theme to set up a classifieds website for a specific niche market. Users will advertise their products on my portal, placing photos, details and specifications of the advertised product, all through a restricted area. Free and paid offers, etc. I want something like “ebay.com”, but only for a specific type of product.

My other need is to set up a Strip Malls portal where I and stores can manage, placing their registration, banner ads and product catalog for sale. Users will choose the Mall by region, products or stores.
Important! The language must be Portuguese / Brazilian.
