Yessss. More complicated than plugin.
I ended up buying an expensive program from a Canadian supplier that was the whole website for a photo lab. clients can upload photos and specify print sizes, quantity and how they want to pay all on the same page.
I don’t think you’ll find a ‘plugin’ as badly created as your example. It isn’t totally responsive. The upload part disappears as the site resizes. Today’s print centers get 70% from Iphones and 20% from other cell phones. The rest is from desktops.
There is at least 2 HTML templates on themeforest that have a form allowing the attachment of a photo but from memory, they don’t have any ability to accept 20 or more photos. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
