HTML Theme Hard Rejected Help Me

Hello,
i am new to themeforest.

I have upload a HTML Theme & after few weeks i got respond from the team.
it was a hard-rejected.

We have completed our review of “Glob - One Page Corporate and Business Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

can anyone help me?
what i need to do to solve this issue?

As a concept it’s been done a million times before and it’s super hard to get a one-page site approved

The basic fundamentals with spacing, typography, styling et.c could all do with a fair amount of work and modernising.

Avoidable validation issues.

It’s always suspicious when there are non-generic snippets and content which are exact duplicates of other items for sale already?
