Html Template Soft Rejected - I have made changes Can you guy Please review

Hi… guy Themeforest gave me following reason and soft rejected my template.
I have made the changed I have removed animations and added css table of contents.
I have also worked on alignment issue.
But i am still unsure about Typography and vertical alignment.
Can you please spare a minute and review my template if it is ready to be submitted again ?

Hi… I updated the design and submitted now i got this feeback

  1. TYPEFACE: The choice of typeface should support the purpose of the design and by extension, the needs of the intended audience.

I didn’t understand what to change in 3rd paragraph typography seems good to me.

Site doesn’t load - just sits on preloader

It loading fine at my end. Just refresh if not loading.

Same here - you can’t expect reviewer or your client to refresh your website to make it work.
