HTML on header builder

Hi there!

I dont know much about html codes but i am trying to fix a problem on my website: https://swisspropertyfair.ch/

The ad on top i built with a html code on the IMPREZA Theme (header builder). The problems are:

  1. it is not showing up on google chrome
  2. the href link to the website does not work

can anybody help? thanks a lot!

the html code i am using is:
