Updating usually takes a few minutes, up to a couple days. So if you’ve been waiting 20 days, then something didn’t work.
Can you see your item in the queue in your dashboard tab?
Once you’ve uploaded your updated files and selected them in their corresponding drop down menu, you need to click on the “submit files for review” button, did you do that?

your audio tracks can be easily updated on AudioJungle. It means that when you have an item that’s out there, you can edit it as many times as you like.
You need to re-make your main_archive (containing the WAV and MP3s) basically, go Edit your item,
re-upload your main_archive,
write a short description at the end of the page at the bottom saying what you have modified from the previous version and click Update or Send or whatever the submit button says.
Sometimes the last track uploaded remains in their cache, so before uploading your new .ZIP file
make sure you delete the old uploaded files, in the Edit section.
I hope this helps, I tried explaining what I usually do in the most simplest ways.
If you feel lost and you’re at the beginning at your AudioJungle experience,
create a ticket and talk to the guys at Envato, maybe they can help you better in their guiding.
all the best,

this the procedure that I havve follow!!!
How can I send i ticket?
many thanks for your help

You can send a ticket here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However it will be much quicker if you simply try updating again. Making sure you follow the procedure explained here.
When you do, make sure your item is in the queue in your dashboard tab.
it seems you got your question answered by @PurpleFogSound
cheers
Also, make sure to write something in the “message to reviewer” box describing the changes. Sometimes the process can hang if you don’t do that.
true, that can be possible, since the person who approves the track doesn’t know what changes were done
never got through that, since I always write in that section something
