How to win Envato Studio Dispute as an author?

No matter what authors do, why disputes always end up against authors?
Envato Studio always opens the jobs and tell the author to do what buyer is asking, which is not even in their original brief and things just keep adding up?

What are basis of this decision?

I Agree but there is no factor to differentiate a customer and a scam.
Believe me if i want i could buy any service free on Envato Studio using this dispute feature.
