How to transfer purchases from one themeforest to another.

I need to move some of the purchases to another themeforest account.

I have purchased several plugins and themes, due to a partnership breakup, we decided to split the plugins we have purchased from themeforest.

How can I make several of those purchased plugins become the property of another themeforest account.

This transfer is not allowed. All Items belongs to the original purchaser account.
