What conditions should it have?
What Licenses Do I Need?
Must be a template tutorial ??
Template demos to be in my domain ??
What do I need to follow to send a product

All items need a working demo, documentation etc.
Any images/assets you use in the demo need to be commercially licensed BUT should also be replaced in the download version using place holders
FYI - WP = THEMES not TEMPLATES. This can cause confusion for some buyers
