how to solve theme check errors

showing 8 warnings and 2 required in theme check but when i install ThemeForest-Check then it’s showing 3 warnings only and no required.

Please let me know what i have to do. should i check all required and warnings which is comes from cheme check or i can move with ThemeForest-Check errors which is showing 3 only.

Fix them all, better to sort them all as the WP theme check is regularly updated but the themeforest one isn’t as much

also use the VIP scanner plugin, will let you check against other tests too
