Anyone know how to set up a direct debit on a site?

not direct debit but you can use the subscriptio payment system to charge a card monthly - http://codecanyon.net/item/subscriptio-woocommerce-subscriptions/8754068

i use it on one site and works well

For direct debits, you would need to look into using a payment system which creates them such as gocardless.com, there is a plugin at http://codecanyon.net/item/gocardless-for-wordpress-plugin/3207246 but I haven’t used it so can’t recommend it… but should do what you want.
