I can see all the support tickets I’ve opened via this link https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests.
That link will probably ask you to sign in or create account, don’t create a new account, you already have one by creating a ticket. Just click on “Get a password” at the bottom of the popup window, then enter the email address you used to contact the Help Team and they will send an email to reset your password.
