How to return theme from themeforest , how to get refund please guide

Dear Sir,
I want to return the theme Neeon - WordPress News Magazine Theme by RadiusTheme | ThemeForest as its not creating page that it showing in demo.

I want to return it and refund my amount, i’ll purchase another theme, please give me link or guide how to return it.
