How to Retrieve Purchase Code of a Theme?

Hello,

I am from a web development company. We recently received a WordPress website to maintain but the theme is not activated. Client said the previous developer purchased a theme from Envato but he is not in contact now. There is an update to make on the website but we can’t do it due to that reason. The client is willing to provide any information regarding the theme purchase. Can anyone help me to solve this issue please? Thank you

If it was purchased by someone else then it will only ever be available via their account.

You will have to buy a new copy (get the client to do it NOT you), then you will get access to all updates and another 6 months support
