my bridge template is failing long after a year, and I want to know how to update it or go to support

the problem is that When I access the download part I get this message “You haven’t bought anything yet” I currently have version 15.0.
The bridge author support request the purchase code to access and I am not able to locate it since I bought the template a year ago and I do not locate it in the mail
please make sure you have purchased the theme from your this account (RodrigoDiazMartinez). I can see you are Member since September 2019.
