how to remove the videohive logo for use on website

I recently purchased a video of floating clouds,
videohive-15770526-floating-white-clouds for my website and have not been able to remove the videohive logo. Can someone tell me how to do this so I can give it to my developer?

There shouldn’t be a watermark on the item once you download it.

My developer said the format is MOV and he is needing MP4. Is this video

You can convert MOV to MP4 format with Adobe Media Encoder . If you don’t have that software, you can download this software to convert the video files (Any Audio Video Converter).
