How to remove purchase code from a website that doesn't exist anymore

Hi everybody,
I’ve bought a theme (Be Theme) from your website and I have to deregister my purchase code from a website that doesn’t exist anymore because it’s been cancelled: how can I deregister? Be Theme says on Wordpress dashboard that the purchase code is still active on that website…
