How do I remove Avada on it’s registered domain name zed-a.io, and reinstall it on zed.im a new domain name?

First of all if you have questions/issues regarding Avada Theme I strongly recommend you to check the documentation that comes with the theme. I’m sure you can find info how to set up demo data there.
Secondly, if you can’t find necessary info there, you should get in touch with the author of the theme for support(In a ticket or via comments section - on ThemeForest https://themeforest.net/item/avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme/2833226/support).
