but since it is under 50$ I get emails that I cannot receive this amount
Is there a way so that envato team send me this amount, because I have stop update my items to sell.

Envato has a $50 minimum payout, so since your earnings are under that, they won’t process the payment yet. You’ll need to wait until you hit that threshold, or you can try reaching out to Envato support to see if they can help with an exception.
They won’t make an exception as they would have to do it for everyone making an automated process a manual one which is not an option.
If you’re closing your account or if it’s more than 6 months, I believe they send the amount manually.
