How to play HTML5 games off line?

I have several games bought through this site that I need to work offline (locally)
Some work, but others don’t. I have read that I may need a local server.
Could anyone advise on how I can do this easily (on Windows).

to run a local server you can install xampp(free, search in google). You can search in google how to install.
Also you can contact your purchased item Author to get help from them.
