A Beginner in After Effect, I purchase an After Effect Videohive template opener (Digital Cinema Package). I finish the project but I’m trying to export finish project to FCPX. I found out I need another compatible helping software (Davinci Resolve 12) to export it from After Effect to FCPX. I need to name, save and export my project in After Effect. Help me, please

You won’t be able to edit After effects template in FCPX. Use after effects to export the video in Prores or any compatible video format and then use it FCPX.

When you buy next template make sure you use the apple motion category https://videohive.net/category/apple-motion-templates which is directly editable in FCPX.

Ok understood about editing template in After effects, but I want to export to Davinci Resolve 12 for that. However I need to know how to save and export a finish project template to Davinci Resolve 12 (a compatible software for FCPX and After Effects.

You can’t export AE project to another software. The only way is to render project, and then import the video to Resolve.
