How to make GIF Image ?

Hello Everyone,

I have seen some images those looks like video but actually those are GIF images. I want to know that how they make these type of images ? Is there any software of photoshop ?

You can do this with Photoshop using the timeline feature. I think some people use After Effects for this, but no experience with this. And recently a “new” software launched called Principle for OS.

An easy way is to try online services.

For example, these sites are very useful for a first try:
https://imgflip.com/images-to-gif (you can upload images or video files)
http://gifmaker.me/ or http://gifcreator.me/ (just upload your png, gif or jpeg files)
