How to make collapse list for course content and course list in university theme under courses.

The first one image from our previous LMS which have collapse option within theme for the courses and content of courses. Other two images from my latest LMS and I also want to make the collapse for courses. But I do not know how to do with university theme? I have contacted to CMS brand, they said, they cannot help in it, because it is built in in moodle’s university theme. Please help me to figure out this issue. Thank You.
