How to make a theme from HTML for wordpress

Yesterday, I bought the “giving-ngo-and-charity-html-template” instead of buying it for wordpress, I mistakenly bought it in the HTML version. I am an amateur in this work, can someone help me

That’s not a beginner job - given the author sells a WP version then you should reach out to them and see if they will refund the html version if you buy the WP theme

If you haven’t downloaded the item, you can request refund but I assume you had already. Bear in mind that the author may ask you to purchase the WordPress version without offering a refund.
