Check your purchase item dashboard > Appearance the you will find theme update notification
Or
Contact with your purchase item author hope they will help you out from your issue.

in your first screenshot Version 9.2.2 is theme panel version. theme panel is a part of the theme using for theme option settings.
2nd screenshot Version 10.2 is the theme version.
Hope you understand. but for more clearification you can ask this query to theme author.

Check from theme about the option, Moreover, you can update all associated plugins as well to get the complete benifits of the full version, I was using newspaper x on my micro niche website, but afterward, change it to generate press bcz for micro-nicheblog it is the perfect option.
