How to Install the "Menu Seting" About the theme "Royal"

i buy the theme “Royal” by the soaptheme on http://themeforest.net/
But the Menu Settings do not know how to install,and it dont effect after i set it.
Who can help me and i have read serval times about the manual, the “Category Menu Settings” dont mention in the manual,i emails to the Author, for now,dont get respond for Now.
if some one buy it as me, please kindly to tell me the sultion

yes,i have contacted author before 2 days and send 3 emails,dont get the any reply.so, i came here and want to get some help. is there holiday in usa?

Not that I am aware of but it is a weekend. They are replying in item comments almost immediately so maybe try there too
